PPC Case Study Beverlyhillsphysicians

The Challenge:
Beverly Hills Physicians.com provides cosmetic and plastic surgery services throughout Southern California. They wanted to use their website as a medium for generating leads. The aim was to maximize the number of leads while reducing the cost/lead.

The Solution:
During the data collection phase it was noted that the previous paid search marketing provider had designed the campaign to exhaust the entire budget. The site was ranking very high for several non-converting keywords. Webmarketing123 sought to reduce the rankings for these keywords and started fine tuning the ads being displayed for the campaigns.

The Result:
Within a month of taking over the PPC campaign, the average cost per lead was down to $36/lead from $93 at the start of the campaign. The number of leads had gone up from 192 leads in December 2005 to 421 in January 2006. In Feb 2006, we were able to further fine tune the campaign so generate 506 leads while bringing the cost per lead down to $15.

In January 2007, the site received 594 leads at a cost of $30/lead.
